 Job Responsibilities:

• Support all-rounded HR functions, including staff recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, staff relations, performance management, training & development;

• Participate in annual HR exercises & projects;

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in business disciplines or equivalent;

• 3-4 years of relevant HR experience; 

• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related ordinances;

• Good interpersonal and communication skills;

• Self-driven, well-organized and detail-minded;

• Strong computer literacy in MS Office, with HRIS experience is preferred;

• Immediately available would be a definite advantage.

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
