Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees full project lifecycles;

• Manage budget and ensures contractual compliance;

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors or related parties to ensure the smooth daily project implementation.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;

• 10 years of relevant experience in Fire Services Projects under contracting environment;

• Corporate membership in HKIE or equivalent ;

• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese;

• Process excellent leadership skills and communication skills.
