Job Description :

• Handle end-to-end product life cycle of various fund products, including but not limited to new product launch, product due diligence, product documents preparation, product maintenance and development

• Conduct research to identify product strategies, prepare product materials and take part in marketing pitching, and support on products compliance and operations management

• Assist in coordinate with internal and external entities to facilitate regulatory compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements of CSRC, SFC, CIMA, etc.

• Collaborate with various internal teams including investment, sales, compliance and operations to carry through product related business activities in both parent company and the subsidiaries

• Perform all such other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines

• Minimum 4 years of experience in asset management, previous product management related experience will be an advantage

• Good knowledge in Hong Kong and Mainland investment products including but not limited to mutual fund, unit trust, OFC, ETF and cross-border product, etc.

• Basic understanding of guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and laws & regulations in Hong Kong and Mainland financial markets

• Knowledge in investment database systems such as Bloomberg and Wind will be an advantage

• A good team player, comfortable with multi-tasking, able to work independently and under pressure with excellent interpersonal and communicative skills

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
