Assistant Accountant

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting and financial operations

  • Arrange payment / receivable / remittance

  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and reconcile inter-company transactions and/or balances

  • Perform month-end report and breakdown schedules

  • Assist in preparation of monthly management reports and financial analysis

  • Assist in ad-hoc projects


Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years’ working experience (at least 2 years’ relevant working experience in commercial organization)

  • Audit experience is an advantage

  • Proficiency in MS Excel

  • Experience in using accounting system is an advantage

  • Positive attitude, flexible, independent, and well-organized

  • Willing to work overtime when necessary

  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, problem solving, and/or workflow automation

  • Good command of written and spoken English
