Responsibilities:

• Provide health related information and offer health care plan to customer
• Support customer the end to end health treatment plan from service enquiry and advice (e.g. appointment booking, pre- and post- procedure caring)
• Provide quality customer services to our patients and internal parties to enhance customers' experience
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and WhatsApp in a polite and professional manner
• Day shift duties required (Monday to Saturday)

Requirements:

• Form 7 / Diploma holder or above with at least 1 year or above hands-on experience in customer service or event promotion, gained in healthcare and retail industry is an advantage
• Good team-player with strong communication and multi-tasking skills
• Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with good manners
• Proficient in English and Chinese Word Processing
