Project Coordinator

Requirements:

  • Coordinate with corresponding service operator for the preparation of the project
  • Coordinate visiting medical officers (VMOs), service provider and residential care home for operation
  • Handle feedback and enquiry from residential care home and service operator
  • Handle enquiries from VMO
  • Assist in arranging roster duties for VMOs
  • Assist in administrative duties for VMOs
  • Assist in administrative work in training VMOs for quality control

Responsibilities:

  • Diploma holder in management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience gained in medical industry or residential care home services
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in computer literacy (includes Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Self-motivated and detail minded with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Able to perform multi tasks and work under pressure

We offer 5-day work and attractive remuneration package commensurate with qualification and experience to the right candidate.
