Our client is a Hong Kong based law firm located in Wan Chai and Tsim Sha Tsui, specialising in commercial, criminal and general litigation and arbitration, and invite applications for General Litigation Lawyer. Our mix of litigation/arbitration work includes shareholders’ and company disputes, contractual disputes, disputes concerning ownership of properties, enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards (including cross-border enforcement) and other challenging cases.
Associate solicitor / Solicitor

Requirements:-

  • Not less than 2 year’s PQE.
  • Solid experience in civil litigation work and/or arbitration.
  • Ability to draft pleadings, affirmations, witness statements and other documents in both English and Chinese.
  • Ability to appear at interlocutory hearings.
  • Good knowledge of the relevant law, practice and procedures and ability to conduct legal research.
  • Good file and client management and communication skills.

  
Remuneration package: Basic salary plus commission/handling fee (bonus discretionary) – subject to terms and condition
