​​Key Responsibilities​​

• ​​Develop and implement staff training programs, including onboarding, leadership training, and skills enhancement courses

• Collaborate with department heads to identify business challenges and competency gaps, devising targeted training strategies.

• Partner with HRBPs and business units to support talent initiatives

• Administer end-to-end logistics for training sessions.

• Manage internal/external training resources and external vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

• Measure program effectiveness using KPIs; analyze data and propose improvements.

• Develop the e-learning platform and mobile learning.

• Maintain accurate training records for audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field.

• 5+ years in training /L&D role, experience in chains F&B or FMCG sectors is an advantage.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems and webinar tools (Zoom, Teams).

• Fluent English (written/spoken) is mandatory; Cantonese and Mandarin essential for local/regional collaboration.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint

• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
