Responsibilities

• Formulate marketing strategies and develop plans to achieve the business objectives for assigned brands

• To develop new initiatives and follow through the whole product / brand development process

• Monitor and analyze market competitor / consumer trending to sharpen the brand strategy and marketing programs on regular basis for management review

• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, recommend to management team on marketing initiatives so as to drive sales performance

• Management of social channels and developing sales channels, including IG, Facebook, Google, etc.

• Closely partner with cross functional team and lead the excellent execution on set plan

• Liaise with creative and media agencies and production companies to assist in preparation of media plan, promotions and marketing materials

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above with minimum 5 years working experience in Marketing or related fields, preferably in F&B or FMCG industry

• Experience in market and trend analysis, product development, digital and brand building

• Detail minded, strategic thinking, creative, excellent communication and presentation skills

• Self-motivated and good team player

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
