Responsibilities:

• Mainly responsible for sourcing non-food and packaging materials

• Assist in formulating a short-term purchasing plan to control material and storage costs

• Liaise closely with stores and warehouses regarding stock ordering and ensure timely delivery of the orders

• Monitor suppliers’ performance and conduct supplier appraisals

• Source and develop new suppliers and maintain good working relationships with existing suppliers

• Source potential suppliers to support the operating team in introducing new products and carrying out follow-up work

• Ensure compliance with the company’s ISO22000 and HACCP standards and requirements

Requirements:

• Degree or above in supply chain management, procurement management, or a related field

• At least 5 years of solid experience in F&B or catering procurement

• Resourceful in vendor portfolios

• Analytical mind with problem-solving abilities

• Energetic, well-organized, presentable, detail-minded and able to work independently

• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
