Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to formulate and execute strategic sales plans across all market segments, with the objective of maximizing hotel revenue and market share.

• Lead the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives, while closely monitoring the performance, activities, and productivity of the sales team to ensure the achievement of business targets.

• Actively contribute to sales presentations, client meetings, site inspections, and hotel property tours to promote the hotel’s facilities and services effectively.

• Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to enhance customer loyalty, retention, and long-term business partnerships.

• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive revenue growth and strengthen the hotel’s competitive positioning.

• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a high level of guests satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of solid sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with exposure to hotel sales and revenue-driven environments.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering strong business results.

• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
