技工/ 高級技工 (三行) - 寫字樓及商場 (5.5天工作)

職責:

負責大廈及其系統的日常運作及保養，包括定期檢查、維修保養、預防性及緊急故障維修、翻新及系統升級安裝，以及執行上司指派之技術工程工作。
 

入職要求:

  • 三年或以上大廈維修及保養工作經驗
  • 持有建造業譏會訓練學院頒發之技能測試證書優先
  • 擁有建造業安全卡
  • 操流利粵語，略懂英語優先
  • 優良的顧客服務態度
  • 於銅鑼灣區輪班工作 (9小時/5.5天；如須輪通宵班可享有輪班津貼)
  • 經驗較多之求職者可獲考慮為高級技工​
