Job Responsibilities:

• Manage product development projects from ideas to launch;
• Collaborate with designers and engineers within the product development department, internal departments and overseas offices from product development to mass production stage;
• Provide product cost analysis and evaluation from development to production stage;
• Manage the projects according to the milestone schedule;
• Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested by the manager;
• Travel to Mainland China is required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above;
• At least 7 years relevant experience in product development in the toy industry, highly preferable experience in soft toys and vinyl toys;
• Familiar with product safety requirement;
• Familiar with product manufacturing process is preferred;
• Proficiency in 2D design software.  Knowledge of 3D software is preferable;
• Strong leadership, management, communication and problem-solving skills;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
