Influencer Marketing Specialist (Starry)

Starry, being part of Ignite Vision group, is expanding our talent partnerships and brand campaign team. We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist who is passionate about the creator ecosystem, talent collaborations, and PR events, to help plan and execute KOL / talent campaigns for our financial services and lifestyle clients. We welcome candidates with talent management or agency experience (preferred), as well as high-potential entry-level applicants who are genuinely passionate about KOLs and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and coordinate KOLs and talents for brand campaigns across platforms (e.g. Instagram, YouTube, Xiaohongshu).

• Support or independently develop communication plans and campaign proposals, depending on experience.

• Coordinate the execution of PR events and brand awareness campaigns.

• Manage relationships and scheduling across creators, talents, and agencies.

• Track campaign performance and prepare reporting.

• Collaborate with internal creative and project teams to ensure delivery quality.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in talent management, an agency, or a KOL platform, or comparable campaign experience preferred.

• Proven ability to independently manage talent projects, pitch communication plans, and run brand awareness and engagement campaigns.

• B2B experience managing talent / artist activities is a strong plus — particularly in event, financial services, and community-building contexts.

• An established network across creators, talents, and agencies is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Hong Kong's social media and creator ecosystem.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.

• Less experienced candidates with only 1-2 years of experience or even fresh graduates are proven fast learners are welcomed to apply. We look for genuine passion for KOLs and the creator space and the ability to adapt to fast-turnaround time. Entry-level positions will focus on execution, coordination, and talent sourcing support.
