Responsibilities

• Lead the design and production team in the creation of seasonal collection

• Conceptualize, plan and develop designs of collection and products that align with the brand position and market trends

• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the final products

• Oversee the entire design and production process, from initial sketches ,sourcing and selecting of fabric and trims, tech pack with sketches to final production within the timelines and budgets

• Collaborate closely with buyers and sales team to ensure products are cohesive with brand DNA and fulfil business needs

• Work with buyers to prepare training materials on seasonal collection and conduct training to sales team

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chief Designer or in a senior design role within the high-end fashion industry;

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of luxurious women's garments;

• Exceptional creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail;

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team;

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign);

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
