Responsibilities:

• Handle shipping operations and maintain the operational management system

• Prepare invoice, coordinating shipment with sales and customs clearance

• Liaise with production and logistics departments for order arrangement

• Coordinate with business partners for order delivery arrangement

• Provide business and administrative support

• Perform Ad hoc assignment from management

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in any discipline

• At least 3 years experience in handling shipping documents

• Familiar with the Tradelink system

• With Food industry experience is an advantage

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

• Good command in both written and spoken English & Mandarin

• Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite

• Less experience will be considered as an officer position
