Accountant

Requirements

  • Qualified Accounting Professional.
  • Carry professional accounting work experience.
  • Experience in using accounting software.
  • Accounting experience in a club or hospitality industry will be an advantage.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English language.
  • Immediate available is preferred. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the complete accounting function of the club.
  • Manage bookkeeping, processing invoices, recording payments and tracking expenses.
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, salary, monthly closing, bank reconciliation, etc. 
  • Prepare journal entries ,vouchers, and filing.
  • Assist in handling month end closing and preparation of monthly management report and relevant schedules;
  • Provide support for year-end audit
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned
