Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day and strategic management of the commercial property portfolio, including new lease origination, renewals, tenant retention and vacancy reduction

• Responsible with marketing campaigns and creating effective leasing strategies

• Manage the P&L of the commercial portfolio including contract negotiation, rental incoming forecasting, tenant management, annual budgeting, etc.

• Build strong tenant relationships, resolve escalations, and develop service improvements and amenity programs that increase tenant satisfaction and retention

• Expand the tenant and broker network, cultivate strategic partnerships, and source new leasing opportunities through market intelligence and stakeholder outreach

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate Management or relevant advanced degree preferred   

• Minimum 18 years of relevant working experience with 10 years at management level specialize in leasing & marketing, asset enhancement for Commercial and Retail properties from Developer or Agencies

• Proven track record negotiating complex commercial leases and delivering measurable revenue/occupancy results

• Strong planning, organizing and coordinating ability with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong commercial acumen, financial modeling and budgeting skills

• Knowledge in deploying AI tools in real estate or familiarity with predictive modeling for lease analysis

• Experience of managing both office and commercial assets is preferable
