HR Assistant/HR Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Assist department heads with manpower planning and aligning staffing needs with business goals.

  • Support performance management activities, including tracking appraisals and training needs.

  • Help facilitate communication between HR and business units to promote employee engagement and development.

  • Prepare HR reports, including leave, payroll, and reimbursement reports

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including but not limited to scheduling interviews and handling the onboarding of new employees

  • Maintain good relationships with all employees

  • Assist in organising internal and external events, including the company's annual dinner and career fairs

  • Maintain a good record of staff files

  • Assist in the talent development of employees

  • Support day-to-day office administration work and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent discipline with 6 months to 1 year of relevant working experience (Candidates with less experience and with a positive attitude will also be considered)  

  • Fresh graduates are also welcome

  • Willingness to learn and self-motivated

  • Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

  • Have a sense of responsibility and punctuality, with a proactive attitude

  • A good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
