Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing pre-event and on-site logistics.
• Provide exceptional pre-event and on-site customer service to event attendees.
• Offer administrative support to the event operations team.
• Manage the collection and organisation of pre- and post-event data.
• Collaborate with service providers to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Support the sales operations team with tasks such as verifying exhibitor insurance bookings and generating official invoices and receipts.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Currently a Year 2-3 undergraduate or Master’s degree student in Event Management, Hotel and Tourism, or a related field.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Prior experience in event planning is an advantage.
