About the Program:

Informa Markets Asia offers a Graduate Trainee program that jumpstarts your career in event management. Gain hands-on experience and contribute to high-profile exhibitions and conferences. Work closely with professionals, develop event management skills, and gain valuable insights.

Your Journey: 

• Receive structured guidance and support from mentors. Undergo a 1-year program with rotations in different areas:
• Sales: Support sales team, generate leads, prepare pitches, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Marketing: Assist in event marketing campaigns, create marketing collateral, conduct market research, and analyze campaign performance.
• Event Operations: Work on logistics planning, on-site support, and event management.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in event management, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Passionate about the events industry with a strong desire to build a career in event management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software is a plus.
• Excellent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
