Receptionist (Mon to Sat from 12:45 pm to 8 pm)

Job Description

  • Carry out receptionist duties, handle all incoming calls, enquiries, and to greet visitors in pleasant and professional manner;
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties for other staff e.g. filing, data entry/update and courier management;
  • Perform office administration and maintain neat and tidy physical and Windows-based filing system;
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with at least 3 years work experience;
  • Excellent telephone skills and friendly manner, good interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office, Windows and Chinese data entry;
  • Energetic, friendly, sensible, willing to work overtime, able to work in a fast-paced environment independently.
