Major Responsibilities:

• Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve a statutory body;
• Conduct comprehensive user requirement studies, system analysis, and design solutions to meet business needs;
• Collaborate with the AA project manager to implement and deliver IT solutions effectively;
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support decision-making processes;
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data trends and patterns for stakeholders;
• Work closely with IT stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide re levant solutions;
• Coordinate with ODC vendors to monitor project milestones and manage payments as per contract terms upon project/milestone completion;
• Draft PR memos by extracting re levant information from Project Initiation Forms and Project Proposals and submit them for review;
• Assist in routine management reporting , including bi-weekly ODCMO reports;
• Support the issuance of purchase requests at project initiation and prepare corresponding payment requests for final invoice processing with the Finance team upon confirmation of goods received and deliverables signed off;
• Maintain an inventory of licenses and vendor contracts, monitor expiration timelines, and provide timely reminders and follow-ups to ensure seamless continuity of services and licenses.

Requirements:

• Academic Qualifications:
  • Tertiary level educational qualification preferably in Computer Science / IT / Information Systems / Systems Engineering / Business Administration or related discipline.
• Professional Qualifications:
  • Professional certification in Software Development/Scrum Master/Project Management is preferred.
• Working Experience (Years and Type): 
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in system support and development;
  • Experience in requirement studies, system analysis and design, system rollout, and system support.
  • Knowledge of data science, software development life cycle and airport operations is an advantage.
• Other Specifications (e.g. Skills, Languages, Qualifies, etc.):
  • Strong business sense, good analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to assume a technical/ consultant leadership role;
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively under pressure independently and as a team, with good multitasking skills;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Good command in Putonghua is an added advantage.
