IT Support

Responsibilities:

  • Perform ongoing support and maintenance of hardware, software and networking related issues

  • Desktop, laptop, Tablet installation, configuration and administration

  • Wifi, network setup for shop relocation

  • Daily operation including monitor IT system health status, system performance and security control

  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems over the phone, or onsite

  • Assist with the implementation of IT projects

 Requirements:

  • Certificate / Diploma or above in IT or related disciplines

  • 1 years or more relevant working experience in system support

  • Hands-on experience in Windows installation, configuration

  • Hands-on experience in Network installation, configuration

  • Hands-on Microsoft Office, Open Office and office packages

  • Knowledge of POS is an advantage but not essential

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Linux operating system familiarity is an advantage

  • Knowledge of Virtualization Technology (VMware vSphere 5.x or up)

  • Knowledge of router, switches, firewall, VPN and DNS

  • Knowledge of administering users and computers via Active Directory

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-motivated, responsible and positive working attitude

  • Immediately available preferred
