Working Location: Sheung Wan

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to salary negotiation and offering

• Assist to execute mass recruitment by exploring potential recruitment channels;

• Support Human Resources functions, including Uniforms, MPF administration, Tax etc.;

• Update and maintain HRIS database integrity;

• Work closely with both different departments to ensure the project is on track;

• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by Supervisor;

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or Associate Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

• At least 1 year’s relevant working experience preferably with background in Retail / Beauty / F&B Company

• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Able to work under fast-paced working environment with strong interpersonal & presentation skills

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• With problem solving skill and more experience would be considered as Assistant Officer

• Immediately available is highly preferred
