Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and autonomous Senior Marketing Officer to drive offline customer acquisition and elevate our customer relationship management (CRM) for Ingrid Millet. Operating as the sole project owner for offline activations, you will drive the end-to-end execution of mall roadshows, VIP events, and strategic joint promotions. Your primary goal is to acquire high-quality new customers through physical channels while enhancing brand loyalty and the overall experience for our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Roadshows & Offline Acquisition: Spearhead end-to-end mall and shop roadshow promotions. Independently manage shopping mall venue rentals, booth design and production setups, promoter arrangements, and all on-site logistics.

• CRM & Customer Loyalty: Develop and execute customer reactivation and retention programs. Manage VIP events, festive/seasonal gifting, premium sourcing, customer excitement initiatives, and engaging messaging content to elevate the overall customer experience.

• Strategic Partnerships: Proactively explore, negotiate, and coordinate joint promotions with shopping malls and external business partners to drive high-quality new customer acquisition.

• Visual Merchandising & Display: Oversee shop decorations and visual displays to ensure a premium, engaging brand image that aligns with seasonal campaigns and VIP events.

• Performance & Project Management: Act as the primary project manager to ensure flawless execution. Analyze event and campaign data, review performance, and continuously fine-tune strategies to optimize ROI and the quality of acquired customers.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related discipline.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on marketing experience. Background in Beauty centers or Medical Aesthetics is a strong plus. Candidates from PR or Event Agencies are highly welcome.

• Must-Have Skills: Proven, hands-on project management experience—from initial planning to post-event data analysis and result optimization.

• Vendor & Partner Management: Strong coordination and negotiation skills to deal with mall management, production houses, external brand partners, and promoters.

• Work Style: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of full-cycle project ownership. Must be a self-starter who thrives when working autonomously to manage multiple concurrent projects under pressure.

• Level: Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Marketing Officer.
