Senior Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Formulate and implement comprehensive digital advertising plans across SEM, SEO, GDN, YouTube, and Social Media (FB / IG) to drive lead generation.

  • Performance Optimization: Continually monitor, track, and optimize online ad campaigns and budget spend and data-driven insights to maximize ROI.

  • CRM Campaign Management: Execute and manage CRM campaigns to enhance customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and audience segmentation.

  • Data Analysis & Evaluation: Conduct deep-dive data analysis to evaluate marketing effectiveness, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for strategic growth.

  • Social Media Content: Oversee social presence by curating trending daily content to boost brand engagement and keep up with industry best practices.

 

 Requirements:

  • BS/MS Degree in Marketing, Data Science, or related disciplines with at least 3 years of digital marketing experience. (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Digital Marketing Officer)

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, YouTube, GDN, Social Media, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager)

  • Solid understanding of CRM platforms and experience in audience segmentation or lifecycle marketing is highly preferred.

  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data manipulation to translate raw data into actionable marketing insights.

  • 1 - 2 years' solid experience in Beauty Centre or Medical Aesthetic is a plus

  • Creative, self-motivated, highly organized and able to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment
