Acoustic Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement acoustic solutions for various projects

  • Conduct acoustical analyses and assessments

  • Develop acoustic models and forecasts

  • Test the performance of acoustical designs

  • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams

  • Provide recommendations for noise control and sound quality improvements

  • Prepare technical reports and presentations

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the field of acoustics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Acoustics, Engineering, or a related field

  • Proven work experience as an Acoustic Engineer or similar role

  • Strong understanding of acoustics principles

  • Experience with acoustical testing equipment and software

  • Knowledge of noise control methodologies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and presentation abilities

  • Ability to work under pressure, independently and meet tight deadlines

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin

  • Station in ShenZhen, China
