About the role

As an Associate ERP Consultant at Introv Limited, you will be responsible for providing expert technical and business advisory services to our clients. This full-time role will see you based in our Kwun Tong office, with opportunities for flexible and remote work. You will be a key part of our Information & Communication Technology consulting team, working closely with clients to implement and optimise their enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting detailed business and system analysis to understand our clients' requirements

2. Configuring and customising ERP software to meet specific client needs

3. Developing and testing system enhancements and integrations

4. Providing end-user training and support to ensure smooth ERP implementation and adoption

5. Documenting technical specifications, workflows and user guides

6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful ERP projects

7. Identifying opportunities to improve ERP systems and processes

What we're looking for

1. 2-5 years' experience as an ERP consultant or in a related IT role

2. Solid understanding of ERP systems and business processes

3. Experience with major ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

5. Excellent communication and client-facing skills

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

7. Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management principles is an advantage

8. Knowledge of Financial Accounting is an advantage

9. Relevant degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field
