Position: Senior Production Manager

To support its continued growth and innovation, Kidztech Toys is seeking a seasoned Senior Production Manager to join its dynamic team. This role is pivotal in bridging customer needs with factory operations, ensuring smooth production processes, and driving the development of next‑generation toys.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

i. Attend toy exhibition in Hong Kong and overseas to meet customers and suppliers;

ii. Building relationship with new and existing customers to meet their order requirements;

iii. Research and collect latest and essential market information, especially toys related to AI, programming, and educational functions;

iv. Lead the R&D team in PRC to develop innovative toys related to AI, programming, and educational functions

v. Work closely with design, engineering, and factory production team to ensure seamless production process;

vi. Act as the contact point between customers and factory production team;

Requirements

i. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science/IT/Electronic engineering or related major

ii. At least 10 years in product development or R&D, with at least 5 years in a managerial role

iii. Proven track record of successfully launching products or factory production experience

iv. Strong analytical skills with the ability interpret user feedback and data

v. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

vi. Experience in electronic product development or toys production will be advantageous
