What you’ll do
- Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan covering operational, financial, and compliance areas
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, operational processes, and governance frameworks
- Deliver clear, concise, and insightful audit reports with practical recommendations
- Timely monitor audit issue remediation and validate closure of agreed action plans
- Assist to enhance risk and control awareness through training and knowledge sharing
- Conduct ad hoc compliance reviews with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Support risk assessments and facilitate risk workshops with business stakeholders
- Provide risk advisory support on emerging risk identification, control improvements and implementation
- Contribute to continuous enhancement to risk and control monitoring and automation
Key qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a professional accounting or audit qualifications (CA, CPA, CISA, CIA)
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in internal audit, risk, or compliance
- Experience in multi-site operations / service industry is an advantage
- Positive attitude along with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Details oriented, astute, and analytical mind, able to work independently in a dynamic, agile environment
- Fluency in written and spoken in English and Chinese
