What you’ll do
- Responsible for providing excellent customer services at a Grade-A office building at Shatin
- Concierge desk operation such as visitors’ registration and handling customers’ enquiries
- Proactively handling customers’ enquiries and complaints
Key qualifications
- Holder of DSE or above
- Preferably 1 year or above working experience in hospitability or customer services
Personal skills you excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good service attitude
- Immediately available is preferred
