What you’ll do

• We are seeking proactive and versatile Facilities Officers to join our team. Each successful candidate will be assigned to one of the following key areas based on experience and interest:

Key Role Options:

Landscape & Dormitory Management

• Maintain gardens, green spaces, and podium areas
• Oversee landscaping, plant care, and outdoor cleanliness
• Coordinate pest control and beautification projects
• Manage dormitory pantry facilities, cleaning schedules, and minor repairs
• Conduct regular inspections with the Dormitory Team

Logistics Support & Venue Setup

• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
• Prepare venues for campus events, exams, and seminars
• Set up furniture, AV equipment, and signage

Event Management

• Plan and manage crowd control during college events
• Coordinate with other officers for smooth event execution
• Ensure emergency exits and safety protocols are followed
• Operate IMS system for event and facility coordination

Key qualifications

• Degree or Associate Degree holder
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property / facilities management or event management is preferred

Personal skills you excel

• Knowledge of building and facility management and event management regulatory requirements and practices
• Good communication skill and ability to work with people at all levels
• Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
• Good common of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Familiar with PC operations and MS Office
