What you’ll do
- Plan and execute strategic business operations projects, such as process/performance improvement, change management, continuous improvement activities, etc.
- Develop, implement, and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and best practices across the organization
- Engage with various stakeholders to identify process deficiencies, and implement change management methodologies to standardize and eliminate bottlenecks
- Monitor key KPIs (efficiency, cost savings, workforce numbers, etc.) and develop gap closing measures
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Provide miscellaneous support and lead ad-hoc projects to the Operations Performance department
Key qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, logistics, and/or business administration or relevant fields/work experience
- Minimum 1 to 4 years' solid experience in operations, performance improvement, project/program management, consulting, and/or general business analyst functions from a sizeable organization
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to articulate key points succinctly and clearly, while influencing various internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, while maintaining momentum and discipline
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior position
Personal skills you excel
- Proficient communication in English and Cantonese in both written and spoken forms
- Fully proficient in Microsoft Excel, and comfortable with figures (collecting, analyzing and interpreting data); Microsoft PowerPoint adequacy a strong plus.
- Strong project management skills and analytical mindset
- Ability to negotiate and sustain professional relationships
- Able to work independently under high pressure in a matrix organization
