What you’ll do

• Manage all renovation projects for Branch to ensure the most cost-effective and efficient means of occupying premises
• Lead a team to perform facility & project management functions for the mixed property portfolio of the bank
• Maintain controls and standards for Corporate Real Estate Department
• Responsible for renovation projects, facilities management of bank's branches & office restack project
• Prepare branches & office design drawings, project tendering, opening and analysis of tenders
• Assist in seeking appropriate sites for branches and offices
• Supervise facility and project management activities, including renovation works, branch and office maintenance, alterations, layouts, and design, to ensure all projects are completed in accordance with correct directions      
• Review the operation procedures, guidelines and contractor list regularly
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Key qualifications

• Degree in Building Studies, Building Services Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, Surveying, Interior Design, Computer Science, IT or related disciplines
• Min. 6 years of hands on program management/ project management experiences, preferably gained in Bank/ Financial institutes handling both retail shops and corporate offices renovation and retrofitting projects
• A background in E&M would be an advantage
• Office Stack project experience preferred, but not a must

Personal skills you excel

• Strong communications and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills to ensure successful project completion
• Able to work under pressure in a face pace environment with tight deadline
• Able to work independently as well as be part of a team
• Competent in using Microsoft suite or software e.g. Project, SharePoint and etc..
• Immediately Available is an advantage
