Recruitment Assistant (Job Ref: ADV/23/063)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct data input and update staff records in the HR management system
  • Communicate with all levels of staff and external partners for HR related matters
  • Explore and maintain different social media, job fair, recruitment day and recruitment channels
  • Provide administration support to Recruitment Team
  • Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 1 year HR experience
  • Sensitive to figures and attentive to details
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Working location: Kwun Tong

(Candidates with more experience or qualification will be considered for the post of SENIOR RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT)
