Technical Manager / Assistant Technical Manager – Commercial Building (Job Ref: ADV/21/210)


  • Monitor the performance of in-house technical staffs and maintenance contractors on quality and services level
  • Report and monitor technical services delivery and prepare and submit technical reports including reports of Failure Analysis, Facilities Availability and Reliability, Operation Performance, Energy Saving, Sustainability and Power Efficiency Analysis
  • Responsible for supervising and reporting all technical services performed under the Contract, including those technical services provided by third-party contractors
  • Prepare facilities improvement proposal with budget estimation for achieving target of effective and safety enhancement
  • Monitor and liaise with the relevant authorities to deliver services on time and closely monitor quality control and progress of works
  • Supervise improvement, alternations & additions (A&A) works and renovation projects when required
  • Handle troubleshoot emergencies, equipment problems, technical issues, organize and oversee resolutions
  • Attend client meetings, have good knowledge of site operations, encourage active improvements & provide feedback to clients
  • Manage the change management and problem management in the facilities management
  • Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned


  • Degree or above in Building Services Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or related discipline is a MUST
  • At least 12 years’ relevant experience in commercial building or banking & corporate sector, of which a minimum of 6 years’ in managerial level
  • Corporate Member of HKIE/ IMechE/ CIBSE/SOE is preferred
  • Holder of Certificate of Grade A or B Registration of Electrical Worker will be advantage Capable to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Customer-oriented, strong leadership skills and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Chinese, especially in report writing
