What you’ll do
- Supervise and report all technical services for the site
- Manage technical team to ensure services are delivered in compliance and achieve the KPF targets
- Provide support in monitoring and liaising with the relevant authorities to deliver timely service and adhere to quality and performance standards
- Ensure the built environment and technical systems are in good condition and performing at their highest standard
- Prepare all kinds of technical reports, tender documents and facilities improvement proposal
- Supervise improvement, A&A works and renovation projects when required
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Key qualifications
- Degree holder or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in technical services, with minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in facilities management operation
Personal skills you excel
- Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to work with people at all levels
- Good in PC applications including MS Office
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
