What you’ll do
- Assist the technical team to handle owner’s / tenant’s requests on technical related services
- Conducting routine inspection and preparing inspection reports
- Assisting preparation of tender documents for the repair, maintenance and replacement services
- Supervising repair and maintenance works of subcontractors
- Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned
Key qualifications
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Studies / Building Service Engineering / Building Surveying/ Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent
- Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A/B or above is preferred
- 3 years’ relevant experience with engineering position in Property Management / Maintenance Contractor’s field and/or in related to Building or E&M repair works
Personal skills you excel
- Excellent communication skill and ability to work with people at all levels
- Good common of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediately available is an advantage
