What you’ll do

• Build and maintain relationship with customer and stakeholders of the company
• Analyze customer base and current sales strategies to identify new opportunities for increasing efficiency and profitability
• Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with Executive Director and Team Head to achieve revenue goals
• Create and improve business proposals for new and existing customers
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
• Prepare the company budget, cost sheets, contracts and quotations and continually track expenses
• Manage customer calls and appointments effectively and conduct market research and explore new business opportunities
• Participate in client discussions and conferences as the Company representative when necessary
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Key qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Marketing, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Experience in customer support is an advantage

Personal skills you excel

• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Good time management, detail oriented and an active listener
• Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese
• Immediately available is an advantage
