What you’ll do

• Responsible for full spectrum of C&B functions, including but not limited to payroll calculation, taxation management, leave management, pension scheme administration and employee’s compensation
• Ensure salary and related payment in compliance with local law and in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system
• Assist in C&B policies and procedures review and implementation
• Prepare various analysis and payroll reports for management review
• Perform ad-hoc projects and initiatives

Key qualifications

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in a sizeable company
• Hands on experience in using HRIS system – SAP will be an advantage

Personal skills you excel

• Attention to detail with strong numeric sensitivity and accuracy
• Well-versed with employment, MPF and tax ordinance
• Strong commitment, analytical, proactive, professional ethics and strong sense of responsibility
• Able to handle huge volume headcounts (Over 1,000 headcounts)
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with excellent skills using Excel
• Immediately available will be an advantage
   

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Officer.
