What you’ll do
- Participate in planning, organizing & monitoring of the operations regarding their Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality issues
- Conduct risk assessments and develops strategies for facilitating employee and contractor health and safety risks
- Co-ordinate and carry out internal & external audits to ensure compliance
- Conduct onsite inspections or investigation and recommend action plan for improvement
- Prepare and deliver operation guidelines in form of SOPs / Works Instructions / Method Statements
- Comply accident / incident statistics and relevant analysis and report preparation
- Prepare monthly report for management review
- Conduct training development and onsite training delivery
- Attend operations meeting if required
- Maintains a working knowledge of HSEQ best practices and industry policy changes
- Assists in HSEQ related reports, newsletters, safety flashes and bulletins
- Lead safety awareness campaigns, including occupational safety workshops and training session
- Conducts emergency evacuation drills or simulations
- Carries out regular HSEQ inspections of various Segments operations, client facilities, systems equipment, including first-aid facilities, electrical systems, fire systems and appliances, to ensure compliance with international standards and codes of practices
Key qualifications
- Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or Quality Assurance or above
- Qualified Registered Safety Officer
- 8-10 years relevant experience in Quality Assurance or Health and Safety or Environmental within property management / specialized cleaning / facilities management is preferrable
- Knowledge of ISO Standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

- Excellence command of both written & spoken English & Chinese
