What you’ll do
- Handle day-to-day property operations
- Assist in providing quality property management services in a residential property
- Manage good relationship with tenants/ owners, communicate and handle enquiries & requests in a professional manner
- Liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management
- Handle service requests and complaints and follow up on progress
- Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned
Key qualifications
- Degree or Higher Diploma holder preferably in Business/ Property / Estate Management or related discipline
- At least 2 years’ experience in portfolio management / on-site property management
- Holder of PMP License (Tier 1 or 2) is preferred
Personal skills you excel
- Presentable, independent, good communications & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both written & spoken English & Chinese
- Candidates with less experiences will be considered for the position of Property Officer
- Immediately available is an advantage
