What you’ll do
- Formulate and manage maintenance plans
- Provide first line maintenance
- Supervise maintenance works done by technicians and contractors
- Perform inventory management of maintenance tools and spare parts
- On duty for day race meeting and back up technician
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Key qualifications
- Certificate or above in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ building services maintenance experience
- Registered Electrical Worker (Grade B) is preferred
Personal skills you excel
- Knowledge on PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems
- Strong sense of accountability, result oriented and customer focused
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
- Exceptional report writing and being detail oriented is definitely an advantage
