Investor Relations

Job Responsibilities 職責:

1. Develop and implement the company's investor relations (IR) strategy, assist in attracting potential investors and maintaining relationships with existing investors, and safeguard the company's reputation during crises.

負責制定並實施公司投資者關係策略，協助公司吸引潛在投資者和維護現有投資者的關係，並在危機時保護公司的聲譽；

2. Analyze the investment styles and preferences of institutional investors at home and abroad, and conduct systematic research on their investment strategies.

負責梳理國內外投資機構的投資風格和偏好，並對其投資策略進行系統性分析；

3. Monitor macroeconomic trends, major policy dynamics, and industry-related regulations, providing timely analysis and insights to support decision-making of the management.

負責跟蹤宏觀經濟、重大政策及行業相關政策等變化，及時進行分析與解為公司管理層決策提供建議；

4. Foster strong investor relations, stay connected with capital markets with effective ties, and ensure timely and accurate dissemination of the company's operational performance to bring the company closer to the markets.

負責為公司構建良好的投資者關係，與資本市場保持良好的溝通與互動及時有效地向資本市場傳遞公司的經營狀況，增進市場對上市公司的瞭解和認識；

5. Collect, organize, and analyze key operational and financial data, build valuation models of the company and peer businesses, and conduct in-depth analysis.

負責收集、整理、分析關鍵經營與財務等資料，搭建公司以及同業的估值模型並進行深度分析；

6. Participate in the preparation of interim and annual reports, ESG reports, earnings releases, and performance-based roadshows.

負責集團中報、年報、ESG報告、業績發佈會等工作；

7. Spearhead internal and external M&A projects, as well as research and planning for industrial integration and capital operation initiatives of the company.

負責集團內、外部專案投資並購工作，以及集團內部產業整合、資本運作方案的研究與策劃；

8. Coordinate capital operation projects from initiation, evaluation, approval, execution to post-investment management, liaise with financial institutions and venture capital firms, and participate in business negotiations.

負責協調資本運作立項、評審、報批、實施及項目投後管理，與金融機構、風險投資機構等外部聯繫，參與商務談判工作。

Qualifications 資格:

1. Full-time master's degree or above in Finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or related fields; prior team leadership experience is required.

全日制統招研究生及以上學歷，金融、經濟、財會、數學等相關專業，具備帶領團隊的經驗；

2. Strong familiarity with capital markets with 7+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate financing, capital operations, or industry research. Former fund managers, analysts, or executive directors of major financial institutions including asset management firms, securities companies and investment banks are preferred.

熟悉資本市場生態，具備7年及以上投資者關係、企業融資、資本運作、行業研究的工作經驗，做過基金經理、分析師，曾在資產管理機構、券商或投資銀行等大型金融機構做過執行總經理；

3. Former IR managers in the consumer goods industry are preferred.

擁有消費品行業投資者關係經驗的候選人優先；

4. Proficient in capital operations, M&A processes, restructuring, and shell company selection or transformation; familiar with workflows of funds, securities, and banking institutions.

熟悉資本運作、投資並購流程及方式，具備重組、並購專案經驗；熟悉殼公司選擇及改造；熟悉基金、證券、銀行等金融機構的工作流程；

5. Strong analytical skills, adept at financial analysis tools. Capable of independently drafting professional and precise investor materials, roadshow presentations, and research reports.

具有較強的分析能力，能熟練使用各種主要的金融分析工具，獨立撰寫邏輯清晰、表述準確的投資者資料、路演材料及分析報告；

6. Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills; a team player resilient under pressure, with excellent coordination and negotiation skills to independently exchange with investors, analysts, brokers, etc.

具有優秀的組織能力、溝通能力、表達能力，抗壓能力強，團隊協作精神，以及出色的協調與談判能力，能夠獨立與投資者、分析員及券商等進行溝通；

7.Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), capable of using English as a working language to communicate with investors overseas.

具備優秀的中英語書面及口頭表達能力，以英語作為工作語言與海外投資者溝通。
