We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated manager to join our International Financing team. Based across our Hong Kong and Shenzhen offices, this role will play a key part in originating, structuring and executing cross-border financing transactions to support the Group's global expansion across Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa and other international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Finance & Transaction Execution: Lead the execution of international financing transactions, including syndicated loans, project finance, acquisition finance, trade finance and other structured financing solutions. (Experience with SINOSURE/ECA-covered financing is highly preferred).

• Financing Structure Optimization: Formulate, evaluate, and optimize offshore financing structures aligned with the Group’s strategic capital requirements. Actively monitor global macroeconomic trends, interest rate pivots, and FX volatility to minimize funding costs and mitigate financial risks.

• Banking Relationship Management: Deepen and expand partnerships with international banks and financial institutions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with internal stakeholders (Legal, Treasury, Tax, and regional business units) to ensure financing milestones are seamlessly synchronized with overseas business operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline from a reputable university.

• Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in treasury, corporate financing, or structured finance within large-scale corporates. Proven exposure to structured/project finance tools is a distinct advantage.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin. Overseas working or academic experience is highly valued.

• Sharp analytical and logical thinking, outstanding execution capabilities, and strong cross-cultural communication and commercial negotiation skills.

2、 融資方案設計與優化：根據集團資金需求，參與設計境外融資結構，跟蹤市場利率及外匯環境，優化融資成本及結構。

3、 銀行管道拓展：協助維護國際主流銀行的關係，積極拓展新的融資管道，跟進銀行的貸前調查、信用審批及放款流程；

4、跨部門協作，確保融資進度與業務需求高度匹配。

職位要求

1、教育背景：全日制本科及以上學歷，金融、經濟、會計或法律相關專業。

2、工作經驗：三年以上大中型企業海外融資工作經驗，有結構化融資工具經驗優先。

3、熟悉貸款、貿易融資等基礎產品結構，對境外融資流程有基本理解

4、中英文流利，有海外工作經驗優先。

5、邏輯清晰，執行力強，具備良好的溝通協調能力與商務談判技巧。
