Receptionist
  • Wages offered $ 14,830 per month (Not including overtime work)
  • Working hours 12:00 -21 :00 (including 1 hour meal break) / 6 days per week
  • excluding breaks Net working hours per day is 8 hours
  • Shift work is not required

Job Duties

  • Receiving incoming calls and handling telephone enquiries
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Greeting and receiving customers, handling customers' enquiries
  • Handling mails and express deliveries, faxes, etc.
  • General clerical duties
  • Assisting in daily operation at front desk
  • General concierge services

Minimum entry requirements - Primary 6

(including education standard, - 1 year of relevant working experience year(s) of experience, skill, etc.)

Language Spoken

  • Fair spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Requirement Reading

  • Fair reading and writing English

Place of duty

  • 1/F, 26 COCHRANE ST, CENTRAL, HONG KONG
