About the role

This role involves designing digital and print marketing assets, creating product photography and social content, coordinating print production, supporting campaigns and events, and managing online shop uploads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop digital and print marketing assets, including banners, menus, packaging, and in-store POSM, aligned with the brand identity

• Shoot and edit high-quality F&B product photography and short reels video assets to drive online engagement

• Coordinate directly with printing house to manage printing files and production schedules for leaflets and packaging

• Work closely with the sales & marketing team on ad-hoc campaigns and events

• Upload basic product pages and promotional banner uploads on Shopify

About you

• 3+ years of commercial F&B graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing key visuals across print and digital

• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or equivalent disciplines

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro)

• Experience in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify)

• Basic Google Workspace apps proficiency

• Comfort-level of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Creative problem-solving skills with understanding of the customer journey

• Proactive, well-organized, independent, with good team communication and deadline management skills

• Passion for Korean F&B market
