Job Description:

·           Handle month-end closing and full set accounts;

·           Perform daily finance operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, treasury, and tax compliance;

·           Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with HKFRS;

·           Prepare monthly consolidation and supporting schedules;

·           Assist in budget, forecast and cash flow projection;

·           Assist in annual audit and interim review;

·           Prepare the result announcements and various circulars;

·           Assist in company secretary related matters;

·           Perform variance analysis on business performance;

·           Participate in the implementation and improvement of accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy;

·           Liaise with external auditors, bankers, tax advisors, lawyers and valuers; and

·           Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

·           Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines;

·           Professional qualification of HKICPA or ACCA is preferred;

·           Minimum 5 years’ related experience in accounting, auditing or a related field; preferably with experience gained from listed companies;

·           Independent, high sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;

·           Strong sense of accuracy, self-motivated and good team player;

·           Good analytical and communication skills;

·           Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) and Chinese Word processing;

·           Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

·           Immediately available is highly preferred.
