Job Duties :

• Assist to product registration, change of particulars and renewal licence ;

• Responsible for communicate with Department of Health and respond to their queries ;

• To support in preparation of product registration, HA Tender and COP submissions to Department of Health ;

• Maintain accurate quality documentation and record keeping ;

• Assist to perform and maintain QA activities and develop the quality management systems and processes in line with Hong Kong GMP, PIC/S standard and regulatory requirements ;

• Handle routine quality management work including preparation of SOP, follow up of deviation, risk assessment and change control etc ;

• To perform data input, filing duties and ad-hoc duties.

 Job Requirements :

• Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or Bachelor degree or above in related scientific discipline ;

• 1-2 years of relevant QA experience in food/healthcare products/ pharmaceutical industry is preferred ;

• Knowledge in ISO, GDP, GMP and QMS is an advantage ;

• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Cantonese ;

• Team player, hard-working, willing to learn and work under pressure ;

• Immediately available will be an advantage ;

• More working experience can be considered as Quality Assurance Officer.
